Huge thanks to @XscapeYorkshire and @BellaItalia_UK for hosting us to reward the children for working hard all year and to celebrate transitioning into high school.


Celebrating the Queens jubilee a few weeks ago on @1Britain1Nation day, children celebrated in many different ways including an outdoor street party! It was an opportunity to be celebrating all the good work they have done championing the shared values of British Citizenship.

This year we took part in the #lotsofsocks campaign for World Down Syndrome Day @WorldDSDay We celebrated the inclusivity and awareness it brings by wearing odd socks, and designing socks. The winner was able to award them to fellow students with Down Syndrome!


For the end of SATs, Yr6 had a massive Pizza Party to celebrate all the hard work and studying they have done. The pizza was fantastic. Thanks to #rajasbradford for providing the food.


We were very grateful to @YorksWildlife for coming to us and teaching Yr6 about how to look after our wildlife and what we can do to. For over 70 years, they have been protecting Yorkshire's wildlife. They work across land, sea hills and valleys to beaches and city streets.

Year 6 had a Curry transition evening. The children were celebrating moving up to secondary school. The food tasted fantastic and everyone enjoyed themselves!


On Saturday 2nd July Friends Of Brackenhill are having a party in Brackenhill Park! Come along and join the fun. There is something for everyone! take a look at the poster for more details.

After completing their SATs, Year 6 were treated to Ice Cream by a van brought on site. They tasted amazing!
