This week, Reception Oak Class children have been learning about sorting collections into sets. We went on an Autumn walk to the wild life garden and collected Autumnal items. We noticed things kept falling off the trees so we picked them up and put them in a bag. As we were walking, we heard lots of different sounds like crunching, scrunching and whistling. We found lots of different coloured leaves, conkers, twigs and pine cones. We took the items back into class and sorted them into matching colours, shapes and sizes. We had so much fun, we even spotted an Alien!
